Obituary for Thomas J. Baker Jr.

Thomas J.  Baker Jr.
BAKER, Thomas J., Jr. died surrounded by his loving family on May 10, 2018, of Marlton, formerly of Philadelphia. Age 72. Beloved husband of Irene F. Baker (nee Hoban). Loving father of Thomas J. Baker III (Christina) and Mary E. Petriccione (John). Dearly loved grandfather of Jonathan Petriccione and Jake, Kali, Cole and Brit Baker. He was a graduate of North Catholic High School in Phila and a veteran of the US Army. He went onto attend La Salle University and worked in Sales in the Railroad and trucking industries. He retired and most recently worked with his son in his business, Ritter Carpets. Mr. Baker was a baseball and soccer coach and quickly became active in the Marlton Rec Council having served as Soccer Commissioner and President for many years. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday from 9-11am at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11:30am at St. Joan of Arc Church Marlton NJ. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory through In Memory Of for the benefit of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy www.InMemoryOf-Memorial.org
