Gary E. Kammerer, of Marlton, NJ, passed away on August 19, 2018, age 74. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Bregman). Loving father of Debra Dietrich (Erik) and Laura Kammerer. Dear brother of the late Harold G. Kammerer. Gary is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Gary worked for Ohio Casualty Insurance Company for about 30 years. Gary had a lot of passions in his life. Growing up, he was quite the athlete, and played football, basketball, and baseball while in high school. As an adult, he followed professional sports avidly and was a fan of the team wherever he resided, which included the NY Giants, Cincinnati Bengals, and of course the Phillies and Eagles. He also loved to go on vacations with his family. Almost every summer he would pack up his family, and as soon as he started driving, would start singing, "On the Road Again..." Gary loved having dogs as part of his family. Mikey, Max and Bruno were like his sons. Most of all, Gary was a family man and provided a wonderful home for his wife and two daughters.
Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Friday, August 24, 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at Bradley Funeral Home, Rt. 73 and Evesham Road, Marlton NJ. The funeral service will be on Saturday at 11am at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 61 E. Rt. 70, Marlton, NJ. Interment will be at a later date.
