Gerald P. McMenamin passed away peacefully on September 12, 2018. He was 72 years old. Beloved husband of Jeannine (nee DeTato). Loving father of Patrick L. McMenamin and Patricia A. Sellers (Casey). Proud grandfather of Devlin McMenamin, and Beckett and Olivia Sellers. Also survived by his sisters, Eileen Dolan (John) and Patricia Needham (Richard), and numerous nieces and nephews. Gerald was veteran of the US Army. He served his country during the Vietnam War. He retired from the Army after 27 years. After retiring from the Army, he worked for the U.S. Postal Service. Gerald was a Bronze Star and 2 Purple Heart Recipient. He was a 4th Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus and Grand Knight of Council 6173. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday September 20th from 6:00-8:00 PM and Friday September 21st from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30 AM Friday at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 1439 Springdale Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Gerald’s name to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053. Gerald’s inurnment will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday September 22nd at Calvary Cemetery (meet at Mausoleum 11:45 AM), 2398 Marlton Pike West, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
