Grampi was my hero. He is the man I strive to be like: Caring, personable, intelligent, funny, kind, empathetic, and incredibly strong willed. He had a handshake that could break boulders and kind hazel eyes that melted our hearts. He stood in personality at a stature far exceeding his 5'5" tall. Our memories will never cease to inspire me every day for the rest of my life. I miss him terribly, but I look forward to the day I will see him again. His inspiration will be with me for the rest of my life. I love you with all my heart.

Your dad and granddad was a very special person to me and also a great influence in my crazy younger years. He was an extremely caring person, always ready to lend a hand and lighten up the room with his smile and jokes. He was the king flirt-er with that smile that could never offend anyone and always got a smile in return. He will truly be missed by all that knew him and his memory will live on forever.
