Obituary for Dennis E. Bannan

Dennis E.  Bannan
BANNAN, Dennis E. died on August 20, 2018, of Marlton NJ. Age 69. Beloved husband of Margie Bannan (nee Scott). Loving father of Susan Kaplan and her husband, Jason, Todd Bannan and his wife, Stephanie and Wendy Bananas and her husband, Mike Clark. Dear grandpa of 3 grandchildren - Juliet Kaplan, Lucylaine and Rexx Bannan and his furry granddogs and grandcat - Buzz Lightyear, Bernie and Coco. Dennis was born in Harrisburg PA on Jan. 12, 1949. He and his family lived in Harrisburg through his middle school years. They then moved to Albuquerque NM where he graduated high school. Around 1966 they moved to Napa CA where he graduated from Napa Jr. College, then Chico State College in 1971. He married Margie Scott in May 1973. They lived in Akron OH until 1975 and then in Napa CA for 6 years. In 1981, they moved to Marlton with their children where they settled and set down their roots. For all his working career, Dennis has been in the field of computer software engineering. He loved working on home improvements, fishing, golfing, traveling, the Dallas Cowboys, cooking, baking and most of all...his family. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Saturday August 25 from 10am-12noon at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton where a Memorial Service will be held Saturday at12noon. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dennis' memory through In Memory Of for the benefit of the American Diabetes Association or Penn Presbyterian Hospital, HVICU unit at www.InMemoryOf-Memorial.org
